Our Team


Northwood has an excellent team of experienced staff and a low staff turnover. This enhances our care as it enables good relationships to develop and continuity as well as trust and confidence to be built with those who benefit from our care.

All care assistants are qualified to NVQ Level 2 or NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and our team are trained in all aspects of care, hygiene, fire procedures, moving and handling, infection control, pain control and nutrition, etc.

We are also very fortunate to have the support of our General Manager Helen Wareing, with over 25 years of experience.
